I just wanted to take a moment of my time to write you a letter concerning a recent service call I had at my home on my Sub-Zero refrigerator. It was my first time using your company and it was excellent. The technician who came to my home, Ray, was one of the most polite, nicest, happiest repair technicians Ive ever welcomed into my home. He made the often not wonderful experience of having a broken appliance, a good experience. This is rare, and I will absolutely call Edwards in the future. He made me a return customer.

Had 2 service calls over the past several months direct with Bosch Service. Each was unacceptable in several ways. My service call today with Edwards Appliance was excellent. I say that even though we found nothing wrong and it was, in effect, a wasted visit. Terrific advice as re our dishwasher although the service call was about our range !!!

Hi, we have been customers for many years. We had a problem last week with our 12 year old Whirlpool Gold washer (which I ❤️). Your representative Fred was here to service our machine today and he went above and beyond to help us! After replacing the switch so the machine worked once again, he noticed a problem with the agitator. He went out to the truck, brought in the part and completed our repair. Apparently the agitator hadn't been working for some time and I didn't notice. I had moved the dryer and disconnected the lint pipe from the wall! He was kind enough to fix that as well.
Ray usually services our appliances. He is excellent and has always been able to service our appliances quickly and efficiently and he is such a pleasant person as well.
I just had to write today to let you know how valuable both Fred and Ray are to your business. They are truly each an asset to your company! I would confidently refer your company to anyone for repairs because of their expertise,

I wanted to say thank you for your recent kindness to my daughter. After Fred's visit to my home in Oaklyn to fix my Bosch oven, my daughter developed an issue with her dishwasher so I referred her to your company because of your reliability and Fred's expertise. Upon calling and explaining the issue she was experiencing with her appliance, your office person asked if a garbage disposal had recently been installed. Indeed, it had!
I know there are plenty of other companies out there that would have gladly made the house call for such a simple matter, just to earn the fee for that. We live in a very dog-eat-dog world right now so the fact that you willingly resolved her issue over the phone speaks volumes about your company, and I sincerely thank you for your integrity.
